Team Building Activities:
Please prayerfully choose one of the activities listed below:
All of the elements on both of these courses are designed to strengthen the group’s communication, respect, encouragement, safety and trust building skills.
Team Building Course: This low elements course is located on the ground in a beautiful wooded setting. It contains a series of challenges that a group of 8-10 women will be encouraged to complete together. During a challenge a staffed facilitator will give the group several parameters which they must follow. An example of a challenge would be for the group to collectively move from one concrete pad to another while performing some guided task.
Low Ropes Course: This ropes course is located 15 feet above the ground. It contains a series of challenges that 8-10 women will complete together. While completing tasks along the way, the group will have to work as a team to make it across each element. Before going on the course, you will be given safety instructions and while on the course you will wear a harness. It is perfectly safe, but it will challenge you to rely on God for inner strength.
