To develop a system that will provide for the on-going spiritual care and growth of all persons connected with The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens. This may include, but not be limited to: (a) contacting members not involved in small group ministry regularly to help connect them to Christ and the LCWG  (b) visiting those hospitalized, (c) offering prayers of support, (d) assisting and supporting the called, contracted and volunteer staff of the Congregation, as and when requested or required, including assisting with pastoral duties which may legitimately be delegated, (e) offering advice for effective worship services and assisting in worship as requested, (f) advising in the exercise of church discipline and concurring in the removal of persons from membership. If a certain aspect of Spiritual Life Ministry is deemed to be inappropriate to be carried out by a specific team member, arrangements are to be made with the pastors for another team or staff member to act on their behalf.
