“Believe it or Not”
We live in an age when most people assume that they are free to pick and choose what they want to believe about their religion and “spirituality”. Lutherans, disagree. What we believe is not a choice; it is given to us. The Book of Concord expresses the teachings we believe; however, for many people—even Lutherans—it is an obscure and mysterious book. Join Pastor Biermann in the fellowship hall as together we delve into treasures that are waiting inside our church’s confession…and in the process you will find out what it is that you believe!
"Heaven's not the End of the World"
As Christians we have a complicated relationship with the world. It can be tempting to write off the world as "lost" and "evil" but we know on the final day God will be redeeming all of creation. In the mean time we are called to serve within this world. This class will explore what the Bible has to say about our relationship to the world, and work through some of the problems we face relating to the world in our everyday lives.
“Home Life—
Building a Home Centered on God’s Word.”
In this study we will take a biblical look at key home issues such as marriage, finances, forgiveness, spiritual living and proper loading of the dishwasher. Join Chad & Schawn Starfeldt as we journey together to learn what God’s Word says about Home Life.
“The Gospel of John”
You know the simplicity of John 3:16. What you may not know are the profound depths of insight and the soaring heights of spiritual truth that are captured in the fourth Gospel. It is for good reason that the high-flying eagle is the symbol of John’s Gospel.
